Indivior PLC has reported purchasing 25,659 of its own ordinary shares for cancellation on May 15, 2024, through Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc, with share prices ranging from 1,396.00 to 1,419.00. Following the cancellation of these shares, Indivior’s total number of voting shares will decrease to 135,135,183, a figure relevant for shareholders in regards to the FCA’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
