Gelonghui, May 16, 丨 Futian Shares (08196.HK) announced that the board of directors proposed issuing 150,000,000 shares through a share offering at a subscription price of HK$0.3 per share for every two (2) shares held on the record date to raise no more than HK$45 million (before deducting expenses). The last date for trading shares on a joint rights basis is June 3, 2024 (Monday). Shares will be traded on an exclusion basis starting June 4, 2024 (Tuesday).
