Gelonghui, May 15 | ZBAO.US (ZBAO.US) announced today that it will issue an additional 23,765 shares of the company's Class A common stock according to the underwriter's partial overallocation option at a price of $4.00 per share in connection with the company's initial public offering, thereby generating additional revenue of $95,060.
The total capital raised by the company in its initial public offering (including the exercise of over-allotment rights) was US$6.0951 million, net of issuance fees and underwriting discounts.
EF Hutton LLC acted as sole bookkeeper for this offering.
