Gelonghui, May 15, 丨 Dalian Electric Porcelain (002606.SZ) announced that according to the needs of the company's strategic planning, in order to make full use of the resource advantages and professional strength of professional investment institutions, broaden the company's industrial layout and strategic vision, create links with the company's main business, obtain channels of contact with high-quality enterprises, and further enhance the comprehensive competitiveness and profitability of Dalian Electric Porcelain Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “Dalian Electric Porcelain”), the company recently cooperated with professional investment institutions Zhejiang University Zhejiang Qizhen Venture Capital Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Zhejiang University Qizhen Venture Capital”). Manufacturing Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as “Chengxi Science and Technology Innovation Corridor”) and other enterprises signed the “Hangzhou Qizhen Big Porcelain Science and Technology Innovation Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) Partnership Agreement” in Hangzhou to jointly invest in the establishment of the Hangzhou Qizhen Big Porcelain Science and Technology Innovation Investment Partnership (limited partnership) (provisional name, finally subject to the final registration of the market supervision and management department, hereinafter referred to as “partnership” or “Qizhen Big Porcelain Fund”). The size of the Qizhen Porcelain Fund is 50 million yuan, of which Dalian Electric Porcelain, as a limited partner, has pledged an investment of 23.5 million yuan with its own capital, holding about 47% of the partnership's share. The fund's investment direction focuses on advanced ceramic materials, new materials represented by silicone rubber materials, industrial robots, intelligent manufacturing, and dual-carbon fields.
