Fuxing China Group Limited has announced significant changes to its board and committee composition, effective from 15 May 2024. New appointments include Mr. Koh Boon Chiao and Ms. Tsang Ngo Yin as Independent Non-Executive Directors, taking on various committee chairmanships and memberships. These changes follow the resignation of Mr. Lim Cheng Kee and are part of a broader reconstitution of the company’s leadership structure.
