Radcom Q1 Profit Rises, Above Estimates; Improves Full-year Revenue Outlook - Update

Looking ahead, Radcom Ltd. (RDCM) has raised the lower end of its full-year revenue outlook. It now sees revenue in the range of $57 million- $60 million for the full year, compared with the previous outlook of $56 to $60 million for the year.

Q1 Results:

Radcom announced a profit for its first quarter that increased from the same period last year and beat the Street estimates.

The company's earnings came in at $0.76 million, or $0.05 per share. This compares with $0.62 million, or $0.04 per share, in last year's first quarter.

Excluding items, Radcom Ltd. reported adjusted earnings of $2.85 million or $0.18 per share for the period.

Analysts on average had expected the company to earn $0.17 per share, according to figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

The company's revenue for the quarter rose 17.5% to $14.12 million from $12.02 million last year.
