Uvre Limited has disclosed a change in Director Peter Woods’ interests, stating an acquisition of 1,050,000 restricted shares upon the conversion of Class A Performance Rights for no consideration. This adjustment leaves Woods with direct and indirect holdings, including 2 million escrowed shares and various options and performance rights within associated entities Blackbird and Bluebird Capital Pty Ltd. The change, reported to the ASX under listing rule 3.19A.2, reflects the latest modification in the director’s financial stake in the company.
