FCE (9564) announced on the 14th that it will conclude a basic agreement on capital and business alliances with Link and Motivation (LM) ＜2170＞.
The company mainly develops DX promotion business and education and training business. LM supports the creation of organizations selected from individuals, the creation of individuals selected from organizations, and matching that connects organizations and individuals. The company collaborates with LM related businesses on matters relating to complementing the customer base, smart boarding, education and training content, foresight, and DX promotion business. With this partnership, the two companies will make unique value proposals by multiplying the strengths of both companies.
The company aims to conclude a final agreement with LM on the same partnership around 8/9 and implement a capital alliance. In the same basic agreement, LM agreed that there is a policy to acquire 20% of the company's shares and make the company a company applying the equity method.
