Zhejiang Huafu Color Spinning Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, signed the “Purchase Computing Power Service Confirmation” with Tianyiyun Technology Co., Ltd. on May 14, 2024. The total estimated contract amount of the “Purchase Computing Power Service Confirmation Letter” signed this time is RMB 25.733,800. The term is one year, monthly payment, and actual settlement.
