黄山旅游与浙秀演艺1.5亿成立合资公司 打造黄山文化演艺舞台秀

观点网讯：5月14日，黄山旅游发展股份有限公司（以下简称“黄山旅游”）发布公告，披露其全资子公司对外投资的最新进展。

黄山旅游通过全资子公司黄山云巅投资管理有限公司（以下简称“云巅投资”）与浙江浙秀演艺集团有限责任公司（以下简称“浙秀演艺”）共同出资设立合资公司，致力于在黄山市香茗大剧院打造以徽州黄山文化为主题的演艺舞台秀。

合资公司的注册资本为1.50亿人民币，其中云巅投资出资7350万人民币，占合资公司49%的股权；浙秀演艺出资7650万人民币，占51%的股权。
