Adrian Bunter, a director of 8Common Ltd, has increased his stake in the company through an on-market trade, acquiring an additional 400,000 ordinary shares at a total consideration of $12,536. This transaction has changed his direct and indirect interest in the company, although the number of shares he held directly remains unchanged at 150,000, along with various options expiring between 2024 and 2026.
