Saisheng Pharmaceutical (06600) announced that on May 13, 2024, the 122,500 share options granted under the initial public offering after-sales share option plan have been exercised in accordance with the rules of the initial public offering after-sales share option plan.
As of the date of this announcement, details of all categories of relevant securities issued by the Company and the number of such issued and issued foreign securities are as follows: a total of 629 million shares issued after issuing 122,500 new shares as a result of the exercise of share options granted under the initial public offering after-sales share option scheme described above; and a total of 676.18,500 share options immediately following the exercise of the share options described above.
