The Selling Stockholders intend to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.04 million shares of Jamf's common stock from the Selling Stockholders.
In addition, Jamf has authorized the purchase from the underwriters of 2 million shares of Jamf's common stock that are the subject of the proposed Offering at the same per share price to be paid by the underwriters to the Selling Stockholders in the Offering
