Gelonghui, May 13, 丨 Jinjing Xinneng (01783.HK) announced that on May 13, 2024, the tenant Jinyang International (Hong Kong) Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) has concluded the lease with the landlord in accordance with the tender lease agreement for T2 and T3 lots of EcoPark approved in April 2024. According to this lease, the term of the lease is 20 years and the leased area is approximately 9,420 square meters.
EcoPark is the first green recycling industrial park in Hong Kong. It is a facility specially built by the Hong Kong Environmental Protection Department for the green recycling industry. The leasing of Environmental Protection Park Site 2 and Site 3 will provide the Group with about 9,420 square meters of land, which will be used to develop decommissioned power battery processing business and improve the industrial layout of reverse supply chain management and environment-related services. The lease period of 20 years will provide the Group with business continuity in the green industry and be carried out in the Group's daily and general business processes.
