Gelonghui, May 13 | I Love My Family (000560.SZ) announced that Beijing I Love My Family Real Estate Brokerage Co., Ltd. (“Beijing I Love My Family” or “Party A”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, recently signed a “Strategic Cooperation Agreement” with Beijing Jingbangda Trading Co., Ltd. (“Jingbangda” or “Party B” for short). The two sides plan to carry out in-depth cooperation in the fields of community services, production industrial belts, commodity supply chains, service supply chains, and smart logistics. Party A will integrate business requirements within the Group, such as housing operation business, long-term rental apartment business, platform e-commerce business, community service business, etc. Party B provides Party A with advantageous smart logistics and supply chain integration solutions, and undertakes logistics and service business in Party A's open platform by connecting with Party A's system. The two sides have carried out all-round cooperation in the field of commodity supply chain and service supply chain to empower Party A Group's supply chain.
