Gelonghui, May 13 | Blue Bird Fire (002960.SZ) announced that Mr. Cai Weimin, the shareholder holding more than 5% of the shares, and Mr. Zeng Desheng, a third party natural person, intend to jointly transfer 38,095,000 shares of the company's shares to Beijing Peking University Blue Bird Huanyu Technology Co., Ltd. (“Peking University Blue Bird Huanyu”), accounting for 5.02% of the company's total share capital of 758,968,225 shares. Among them, Mr. Cai Weimin plans to transfer 32,795,000 shares to Peking University's Blue Bird Huanyu, and Mr. Zeng Desheng plans to transfer 5,300,000 shares to Peking University's Blue Bird Huanyu. This transfer did not involve an offer acquisition. After the transfer was completed, Mr. Cai Weimin held 98,387,944 shares of the company, accounting for 12.96% of the company's total share capital; Mr. Zeng Desheng held 2,327,120 shares of the company, accounting for 0.31% of the company's total share capital; Peking University Qingniao Huanyu held 213,569,469 shares of the company, accounting for 28.14% of the company's total share capital.
