The Zhitong Finance App learned that Huami Technology (ZEPP.US) received a notice of non-compliance from the New York Stock Exchange because the closing price of the company's American Depositary Shares (ADS) fell below $1 for 30 consecutive trading days.
The company had six months to meet the minimum share price requirement again.
The NYSE notice will not immediately affect Huami Technology's common stock, nor will it affect the company's ongoing business operations or its reporting obligations under SEC rules.
