The issuance amount of this issue is RMB 4 billion, the term is 63 days, the unit face value is RMB 100, and the issuance rate is 1.71%.
The funds raised by the current bond will be used to supplement the company's working capital, adjust the debt structure, repay bank loans, and bonds that are about to expire.
