Thomson Medical Group Limited has successfully issued S$155 million worth of 5.25% notes, set to mature in 2027, as part of its S$1 billion Multicurrency Debt Issuance Programme. The notes have attracted strong backing, with DBS Bank Ltd. leading the coordination and a consortium of banks managing the issuance. These notes have received preliminary approval for listing on the Singapore Exchange, indicating investor confidence in the company’s financial instruments.
