According to this contract, Conch Design Institute will provide engineering design and/or technical transformation services for several of the Company's subsidiaries for aggregates, mechanical sand, commercial sand, dry mix mortar, grinding stations, ore powder transfer projects and comprehensive projects, and the company's large-scale special transformation projects, engineering consulting services, etc.
On May 13, 2024, the company (for itself and its related subsidiaries) signed the “May 2024 SCR Denitrification General Contract” with Conch Design Institute. According to the contract, Conch Design Institute will provide engineering design, technical calibration, equipment supply and commissioning services for SCR denitrification technology transformation projects for four clinker production lines of several of the Company's subsidiaries. The contract price is RMB 34.7 million.
On January 2, 2024, the company (for itself and its related subsidiaries) signed the “January 2024 SCR Denitrification General Contract” with Conch Design Institute.
