In order to improve the efficiency of the use of funds, rationally use the proceeds from the temporarily idle global sale (“capital raised”), preserve and increase the value of the company's capital raised, and protect the interests of the company's shareholders, the board of directors decided on May 13, 2024 to make the proposal without affecting the normal business activities of the company, within 12 months from the date of consideration and adoption of the bill at the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. It is expected that the use of funds raised that have been idle for more than one year will continue to be purchased appropriately. A 12-month wealth management product with an amount not exceeding HK$280 million for cash management. This amount can be used on a rolling basis during the above 12-month investment period.
Proceeds from cash management are owned by the company and will not substantially affect the normal use of the funds raised for the intended purposes disclosed in the prospectus and the normal operation of the company.
