(hereinafter referred to as “CTR Network”) through cash investment to jointly develop the AI computing power leasing service business. The company plans to hold 71.00% of the shares in the joint venture, and CTR Network plans to hold 29.00% of the shares in the joint venture. The joint venture plans to invest about 350 million yuan in the AI computing power leasing service business. Based on the investment ratio, the company plans to invest about 248.5 million yuan abroad.
The funds are mainly used to rent computing power resources to the outside world after leasing computing power servers and supporting equipment and facilities. After completion, the project is aimed at providing AI computing power leasing services to customers. The profit source of this project is computing power rental service fees collected from customers.
