Pearson plc (GB:PSON) has released an update.
Pearson plc has announced a buy-back of 26,915 of its own shares at an average price of 996.54p each, with the transaction conducted through Citigroup Global Markets Limited on the London Stock Exchange. The shares, purchased on May 10, 2024, will be cancelled as part of the company’s ongoing buy-back programme initiated earlier in March.
