■Progrit's Shareholder Return Policy (9560)
Although we recognize that return of profits to shareholders is an important management issue, dividends have not been implemented because we are currently in the process of growth. For the time being, priority will be given to allocating internal reserve funds acquired through business to growth and investment for business expansion. This is because we believe that increasing corporate value by expanding profits at an early stage will now be the biggest return to shareholders. Future dividends will be examined based on performance trends after comprehensively considering the enhancement of internal reserves in preparation for expansion strategies.
