Gelonghui, May 13 | The board of directors of CLP Holdings (00002.HK) announced today that it will pay the first interim dividend of HK$0.63 per share in 2024, which is the same as the first interim dividend in 2023. This dividend will be paid on June 14, 2024 to shareholders registered in the shareholder register on June 4, 2024. The dividend of HK$0.63 per share will be distributed according to the 2,526,450,570 shares currently issued.
The company will suspend share transfer registration procedures on June 4, 2024. Those who wish to receive this first instalment of the interim dividend are requested to submit all transfer documents to the company's share transfer office, Hong Kong Central Securities Registration Co., Ltd., at Shop 1712-1716, 17th Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, before 4:30 p.m. on Monday, June 3, 2024 to complete the transfer procedure.
