Cordlife Group Limited has announced that it will not proceed with the Proposed Subscription after the Singapore High Court dismissed its application to set aside an interim injunction and upheld the injunction, with the exception of allowing general meetings on unrelated issues. The company is now taking steps to terminate the Subscription Agreements and advises shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in its shares.
