Longhu Group (00960) announced that by the end of April 2024, the Group had achieved a total contract sales amount of RMB 32.39 billion, a contract sales area of RMB 2,234 million square meters, a total contract sales amount of RMB 8.91 billion and a contract sales area of 594,000 square meters in April; in April, it achieved a contract sales amount of RMB 6.23 billion belonging to the company's shareholders' rights and a contract sales area of 445,000 square meters.
The Group added four additional land reserves in April 2024, with a total construction area of 271,000 square meters, an equity construction area of 199,000 square meters, and an equity land price of RMB 4.44 billion.
By the end of April 2024, the Group had achieved operating revenue of approximately RMB 8.59 billion (tax included amount of approximately RMB 9.15 billion); of this, operating revenue was approximately RMB 4.48 billion (tax included amount was approximately RMB 4.79 billion) and service revenue of approximately RMB 4.11 billion (tax included amount was approximately RMB 4.36 billion).
