Braskem Sa (BAK) has released an update.
Braskem S.A. has announced changes to its Statutory Compliance and Audit Committee, following its Board of Directors meeting on May 8, 2024. The board approved the election and reelection of members, with terms extending until after the 2026 Annual General Meeting. The update included the reappointment of Gesner José de Oliveira Filho as the committee’s coordinator and the inclusion of both independent and financial experts in compliance with CVM rulings.
