C&C Group Plc has announced the deferral of their FY2024 full year results, originally scheduled for 23 May, due to the need for additional time to review certain non-cash accounting measurements from past financial periods. The company reaffirms its expected FY2024 underlying operating profit of approximately €60 million, aligning with market expectations, and maintains its commitment to return €150 million to shareholders over the next three years. A new date for the results announcement will be communicated in due course.
