Technology Innovation Headquarters

In order to further gain competitiveness over the medium to long term, the Technology Innovation Management Headquarters will establish a “Global Technology Strategy Promotion Division” to formulate global overall technology strategies, and an “Advanced Engineering Promotion Department” to promote strengthening engineering capabilities and drastic software development productivity reforms, etc. in domestic business.
Also, as an organization that spans both promotion departments, the existing organization will be reorganized into 3 technical departments: “Apps & Data Technology Division,” “Cloud & Infrastructure Technology Department,” and “Innovation Technology Division.” With these organizations, we will promote advanced technology development with high agility and high value-added asset development in various fields.

2. NTT DATA (domestic business company)

Public and social infrastructure field

In the public and social infrastructure sector, in order to promote social issue consulting, new business creation, and further cooperation and strengthening of IT service provision functions, the “Public Administration Headquarters,” which has been responsible for creating new businesses for the realization of digital society and businesses related to the Digital Agency, will be reorganized into the “Social Infrastructure Solution Business Division,” which has been responsible for creating IT services across fields. Furthermore, we will establish a new “Fourth Public Works Headquarters,” which aims to resolve social issues through cooperation between the country and local governments in the area of regional administration and health care.
In order to resolve social issues and public-private digital reforms, we will design a better society from the user's perspective and implement business operations to provide new systems more quickly.

Financial field

In the financial field, we will strengthen technical capabilities to achieve both reliability and advancement in the financial system, and establish a new “Financial Advanced Technology Headquarters” as a cross-disciplinary organization to provide it.
Together with our three existing business divisions and two cross-sector headquarters, we will maximize our deep customer understanding and advanced technical capabilities, and permanently support a safe and secure financial infrastructure. Furthermore, in addition to realizing DX transformation such as customer experience transformation based on advanced technology, we aim to create and expand new financial services that connect the industry.

Technology Consulting & Solutions Area

In order to respond to business themes common to customers in various industries, the technology consulting & solution field will be reorganized into a function-specific organization that integrates more than ever with the public and social infrastructure fields, financial fields, and corporate fields to provide total services in a flexible manner.
In order to respond more quickly to market needs, sales and consulting personnel that have been set up for each business division until now will be consolidated and reorganized as a “Technology Consulting Business Division” with enhanced consulting functions. In addition, business divisions will be reviewed for each technology area with high affinity, and reorganized as a “Solution Business Division” to strengthen asset development and delivery systems utilizing economies of scale.
