Gelonghui, May 10 | Grimmie (002340.SZ) recently stated at the company's performance briefing that for crushing and sorting to preparation of battery-grade lithium carbonate, production is basically automated. For the processing of battery pack modules, intelligent automation methods are used in key aspects such as handling, cover, module, battery core milling, and product sorting. Only parts such as soft wiring are complicated, and fully intelligent automation cannot be achieved yet, and the product manufacturing process has not yet been realized. The company is increasing the number of data models, training robots, and developing corresponding flexible control systems and end actuators to solve the problem; with the increase in battery pack data models, the intelligent automation rate will exceed 95% in the future, and eventually enter the black light factory model.
Lithium manganese iron phosphate has entered the tonnage commissioning stage of the production line and is being certified with downstream customers.
