RH Petrogas Limited has announced the deregistration of its dormant indirect subsidiary, RH Petrogas Global Ventures Limited, effective from May 1, 2024. The company chose not to renew the subsidiary’s annual business license in the British Virgin Islands, and the move is not expected to materially affect RH Petrogas’s financial position for the year.
