Gelonghui, May 10 | According to the latest equity disclosure data from the Stock Exchange, on May 7, 2024, COSCO SHIPPING Port (01199.HK) was granted an increase of 2,348 million shares by COSCO Marine Holdings at an average price of HK$5.015 per share, involving approximately HK$11.775 million.
After the increase in holdings, COSCO Offshore's latest shareholding was 2,425,545,793 shares, and the shareholding ratio increased from 67.99% to 68.06%.
