At the Company’s Annual Meeting on May 8, 2024, shareholders cast their votes on several key proposals, showing overwhelming support for the election of directors, with all nominees receiving a vast majority of favorable votes. The executive compensation packages and the appointment of the independent auditor were also strongly endorsed. Shareholders ratified the U.K. audited accounts and director’s remuneration report, reappointed PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the U.K. statutory auditor, and gave the nod to various share-related authorizations, including share allotment and repurchase agreements, as well as an amendment to the Management Equity Incentive Plan to increase authorized shares.
