Irish Continental Group plc announced the successful passage of all resolutions at their Annual General Meeting (AGM) on May 9, 2024, with substantial support for each item on the agenda, including the reappointment of directors and the declaration of a final dividend. The results affirm strong shareholder confidence, with votes significantly in favor across all resolutions. Detailed results and copies of the passed resolutions will soon be available on Euronext Dublin and the UK National Storage Mechanism websites.
