Based on confidence in the company's future development prospects and strategic plans and recognition of the company's value, in order to promote the company's continued stability and healthy development, Ningbo Yoda Investment plans to use its own funds or self-raised funds (but no increase in the window period) through the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (including the method permitted by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange) but not limited to Concentrated bidding and bulk transactions, etc.) To increase the company's shares, the total amount of holdings is not less than RMB 120 million, and not more than RMB 20 million.
