Glonghui, May 9 | Manulife Finance-S (00945.HK) announced a quarterly common share dividend, paying a dividend of 0.40 Canadian dollars per common share. The dividend will be paid on and after June 19, 2024 to registered shareholders on the company register at the end of business hours on May 22, 2024.
In response to the company's “dividend reinvestment and share purchase plans” in Canada and the US, the company will purchase common shares on the open market so that shareholders participating in the plan can reinvest their dividends and choose to buy shares in cash. The purchase price of these common shares will be based on the average actual purchase price of the shares, without any applicable discounts.
