WPP plc has announced the successful passing of all proposed resolutions at their Annual General Meeting, with the majority of votes cast in favor for each. The resolutions, ranging from the approval of the annual report and accounts to the authorization for the company to purchase its own shares, were supported by an overwhelming percentage of the votes.
