Gelonghui, May 8 | GUANZE MEDICAL (02427.HK) announced that on April 1, 2024, in accordance with the recommendations of the Company's Remuneration Committee, the board of directors decided to award a total of 7.586 million bonus shares to 35 selected participants (all employees of the Group) in accordance with the share award plan. Award shares are awarded at zero cost in accordance with the program rules and accepted by selected participants in accordance with the grant terms.
The company was notified by the trustee that from April 2, 2024 to April 30, 2024, the trustee or trust holding company had purchased a total of 2,536 million shares on the market at an average cost of about HK$0.82 per share to meet the grant.
