At Merus N.V.’s Annual General Meeting on May 7, 2024, shareholders approved key proposals, including the extension of their 2016 Incentive Award Plan to 2031, with an “evergreen” feature now extended to 2029. Auditors were appointed, board members were absolved of liability, and re-elections and appointments of directors were confirmed. Amendments to the Articles of Association and the Non-Executive Director Compensation Program were also approved, reflecting a commitment to corporate governance and executive compensation alignment with industry standards.
