On May 8, Ge Longhui Biotech (688289.SH) announced that it plans to jointly invest in the joint venture Hunan Shengwei Sumin Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (“Hunan Shengwei Sumin”) with the related party Hunan Xiangjiang Shengxiang Biological Industry Fund (limited partnership), of which the company's total investment amount is RMB 53.33 million. At the same time, the company plans to transfer 21.69% of the shares in the participating company FirstLightDiagnostics, Inc. (“FirstLight”) to a wholly-owned subsidiary of the joint venture, with consideration for the transfer of US$2,215,835. In the future, it will rely on joint ventures as an overall operation to further focus on the field of rapid drug sensitivity testing to accelerate industrial research, application development and commercial transformation.
