On May 8, 2024, the company repurchased 957,900 A-shares for the first time through centralized bidding transactions, accounting for 0.04% of the company's total issued share capital as of March 31, 2024. The highest transaction price for the initial repurchase of A-shares was 26.25 yuan/share, the minimum transaction price was 25.94 yuan/share, and the total amount paid was RMB 24.980.95 million (excluding transaction fees such as stamp duty and transaction fees).
