Gelonghui, May 8, 丨 Gongai Co., Ltd. (01421.HK) announced that at 4:00 p.m. on May 3, 2024, all 22.7 million unsubscribed shares have been placed by placement agents to eight independent contractors at a price of HK$0.4 per share.
Since all the conditions relating to the share offering have been fulfilled, the share offering has become unconditional.
It is expected that the fully paid shares will be traded on the Stock Exchange at 9:00 a.m. on May 10, 2024.
