HUTCHMED (China) Limited has appointed Dr. Renu Bhatia as an Independent Non-executive Director and member of the Technical Committee, effective May 13, 2024. Dr. Bhatia brings over 25 years of experience in healthcare, finance, fintech, and regulatory sectors, and is expected to contribute her expertise to the biopharmaceutical company’s board. Her diverse background includes co-founding companies, chairing the Listing Committee of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and holding an MBA from Yale and a medicine doctorate from the University of London.
