Peking University Resources (00618) announced that all conditions for the share capital restructuring have been met, and the share capital restructuring will take effect on May 8, 2024 (Wednesday). Trading of the new shares will commence at 9:00 a.m. on May 8, 2024 (Wednesday).
Furthermore, as of the date of this announcement, the total number of existing shares available for future grant under the 2023 share plan is 313 million shares. Due to the share capital restructuring, the total number of new shares available for future grant under the 2023 share plan will be adjusted to 78.2417 million shares in accordance with the terms of the 2023 share plan.
Starting at 9:00 a.m. on May 23, 2024 (Thursday), the trading unit for each lot of shares traded on the Stock Exchange will be changed from 2,000 existing shares to 8,000 new shares per lot.
