Vodafone Group Plc (VOD) has released an update.
Vodafone Group has announced that following the sale of its Spain and Italy operations, these businesses will be classified as discontinued operations in its upcoming FY24 financial results. To ensure comparability with past performance, the company has provided revised pro forma financial information for FY23 and the first half of FY24, which excludes the results from the sold divisions.
