Gelonghui, May 7, 丨 China Software (600536.SH) announced that on May 7, 2024, the company received the “Approval on Agreeing China Software to Issue Shares to Specific Targets” from China Electronics Information Industry Group Co., Ltd. (“China Electronics” or “Group Company”), the actual controller of the company, and agreed to the company's plan for non-public stock issuance. According to the company's board resolution announcement date, the issue price was 22.19 yuan/share, and the number of shares issued was no more than 90,130,689 shares (the final subscription amount is determined based on the actual issued share price). The issuance amount is no more than 2 billion yuan, of which: the group company invested 1.5 billion yuan, CLP Financial Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. invested 500 million yuan to fully subscribe for the non-public shares. All of the funds raised in this non-public offering of shares were used to support Kirin Software Co., Ltd. in carrying out R&D projects.
