Gelonghui, May 7, 丨 China Overseas Hongyang Group (00081.HK) announced that in April 2024, CNOOC Hongyang Group achieved contract sales of RMB 3.203 billion and contract sales area of 261,000 square meters, a year-on-year decrease of 17.3% and 16.2%, respectively.
From January to April 2024, the cumulative contract sales volume was RMB 11.12 billion and the contract sales area was 972,400 square meters, down 36.0% and 33.7% year-on-year respectively. By the end of April 2024, the total unsubscribed amount was RMB 1,045 million and 71,300 square meters of unsubscribed area.
In April 2024, the Group had no additional land reserves. From January 1 to April 30, 2024, the Group added a total floor area of 88,700 square meters and a total land price of RMB 220 million.
