(688701.SH) announced that due to its own capital requirements, shareholder Tianjin Zhongan plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 4,028,321 shares through centralized bidding and bulk transactions, with a total reduction ratio of no more than 3% of the company's total share capital. Among them, no more than 1,342,774 shares were reduced through centralized bidding transactions, accounting for 1% of the company's total share capital; within 3 months after 15 trading days from the date of disclosure of this announcement; and no more than 2,685,547 shares were reduced through bulk transactions, accounting for 2% of the company's total share capital, and carried out within 3 months of 15 trading days from the date of disclosure of this announcement.
