Zhitong Finance App News, Kuaishou-W (01024) announced that due to commercial reasons, the Company and Huaxing Securities (Hong Kong) Limited have mutually agreed to terminate the compliance advisory agreement previously concluded between the Company and Huaxing on October 6, 2020 and extended by a supplementary letter dated March 28, 2023, effective May 6, 2024.
In addition, New Berry Finance Co., Ltd. has been appointed as the company's new compliance advisor in accordance with sections 3A.27 and 8A.33 of the listing rules.
